Where's the "Okay-Ish" rating? Is that a 3?
I purchased this immersion blender in September of 2022. Fast forward a year and a half. With gentle use... it smells hot, tires out, and stops. But, will ultimately finish the job when it cools down. Just over two years later, its dead. Burned up and completely not working.
Let me describe gentle use. In my shop, we have a few condiments we do with routine and a few things we do with occasion: a peach vinaigrette, strawberry jam, tomato basil soup, egg custards, etc. We're not crushing up margaritas or even raw salsas.
Used likely 2 to 6 times a week. So, lets say I've dropped a quarter or two in for every play. I have $5 wire wisk that has paid my mortgage. That makes this blender just okay-ish... Right?
