I bought this cabinet originally for proofing my dough a second rise, but now we use it for keeping our freshly cooked waffles warm for rush times and busy mornings. I can get it up to about 185 in 30-40 minutes and it will hold about that heat all day long. It will keep warm without further cooking our waffles. I can keep waffles warm and tasty in there for at least two hours, if not longer. I just haven't tried any longer yet. The controls are easy to use, the cabinet cleans inside and outside easily and if you want to wheel it around, it moves without problem. It is very light and not heavy at all. Bought this as my first proofer in my business, and opted for the cheapest full size proofer i could find, but was not disappointed. Its not insulated, but it still maintains its temperature well in my garage at freezing temps. No complaints yet at all.

Absolute garbage. Arrived with a faulty heater box. Had to dismantle and return and set in the new one which lasted about 6 months. Second thing to go was the proof/ hold switch. Ordered a replacement, installed and then the on / off switch is shot. Have been using as a very expensive holding rack. After 2 years of frogging around with this thing I have decided to send it to the dump. Having purchased many advantco products and being dissatisfied every time I do believe I am through with anything advantco. Buyer beware. Webstaurant please do better.

This unit is a really good deal versus the typical name brands. The construction quality and operation have absolutely no noticeable difference. We plan on purchasing more of these in the future.

This warmer is alight but it will break and if you go to parts on webstraunt they are all unavailable and webstraunt is the only place that sells the parts so once it breaks it must sit broken for months. Go with a different brand.

We purchased this warming cabinet as an addition to our kitchen at the Post. Perfect size, fits in our cramped space perfectly. We use mainly for keeping large quantities of cooked food at proper temp prior to serving. Has saved us several times during large Veterans events. Thermostat has worked very well & easy to see at base of unit. Very handy to have wheels, unit rolls easily. Good unit & price was within our budget.

I love how hot my food stays in here. We do lots of catering and we place all our trays in here as we complete prep and I feel like it’s hotter than when I put them in! Def a KEEPER. It has wheels and make it easy to clean underneath it!

So this is not the top of the line proofer. But I will say that we use it daily for proofing bread products first, then holding product for the steam tables during service. I have owned one that was twice the price but this one does a great job.

We use this 5 days a week to keep pretzels warm. It died after 7 months and began smelling like burnt plastic. Buyer beware. Waiting to hear if I can return or get a warrantied repair. Worst 900 I've spent.

Compact proofer that I use for my yeast breads in the bakery. Easy to use and easy to clean. Small size, but perfect for a shop that doesn't produce huge amounts of breads on a daily basis.

Absolutely love my proofer. It's made my job at my bakery so much easier. I can produce much more buns without the risk of my dough drying out.

Worked fine for a few years, but as others have pointed out with their units, it has developed electrical issues and a ground fault that keeps blowing my GFI breaker.

its cheap for a reason!!!! poor quality and made in china. i have had 4 replacements sent to me and they all failed! it would be nice it it actually worked but now I have one expensive storage cabinet.

We have had this in our kitchen for a while and it is perfect for our setup. We have a mutli-use kitchen so this is a great asset to have.

Product worked well for just over a year - Got 2 months out of the 1 year warranty and the product stopped working. Not happy with the product and will not buy another one.

I purchased this proffered and it only worked for one day and now it will not come on ...... can not reach anyone about warranty on it

I have not got to test the full capabilities yet but everything appears to be functioning properly. Great height and user friendly. I cant wait to use it!

Needed a inexpensive warmer to hold our BBQ when it comes out of the smoker. Purchased this one and very happy. It warms up fairly quickly and holds temp well even though its un insulated. I also like the spacing of the rack slides as can add as many as you need.

this items comes not perfect finish, so keep in mind here and there has scratches but they said it is normal as it is not build for show off or something. I test 1 time, but fail....it seems the manual is not as accurate as what it says to proof pizza dough...still testing. there is a short fall on this machine is the electric wire, the hook is not big enough to tight it, so there is no point this machine can be moving everywhere easily because the hook cannot hold the whole wire. On the other hand, the wire is not long enough, seems it is a 3 feet but I need 5 feet I believe 5 to 6 feet work best because if you design this machine can keep food warm during any outdoor catering, a little longer wire helps to resolve a lot of difficult situation

A less expensive version of those produced under more recognizable labels, but meets the need and does what it is supposed to do. A bit smaller than some options but works well for our operation.

Does the job, but the plastic glass covering that it comes with is impossible to remove! It's very hard to remove the plastic from the edges...!
