BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY! This product is great... when it works...So far we have had to replace the power module twice within a year. So thankful we got the warranty because trends tell me we'll be needing it in the future. The product functions as promised, but for something that costs this much I would have expected it to last longer.

We were very excited about getting this proof box. We tried to use it 2 times and every time we tried to use it it would blow out the circuits. On one outlet it created a spark and fire shot out! Contacted the company with no help at all. We have bought a lot of products through this website and are very disappointed with their customer service. It’s a bummer to have to try to find a new company to order equipment from.

Purchased this holding to hold our food item in between serving to the require temperature cook food is to be held. This has an extra humidity control the non insulated warmer does not. I purchased both warmer and this one does a better job at holding the temperature that it's set for; however, you have to keep watch on the temperature setting at the bottom and adjust occasionally temperature tend to rise and drop depending on the food you put it it along with how often it's open.

I purchased two of them and received them two weeks ago. I had only used them ONCE and one of the proofers kept on short circuiting. I moved it all around the commercial kitchen and it kept happening. For this price? This is ridiculous. Especially since you would have to pay a restocking fee fora return IF they grant it. I tried to return this, and I'm told to contact customer service. For this price and considering that it is a new product...this shouldn't be an issue. I even bought the extended warranty. When I tried to return one of the warranties, they automatically refunded me for both?? I still needed one for the one (that has yet to breakdown).

Bought this assist with busy times in the restaurant. We used one day a week at the most, and not every week. It made it about a year and a half. It will not power up at all. Will probably cost as much as a new unit to place a service call.

This proofer work well for about 6 months before the water pan for hunodity stopped heating up. I purchased a second one and had the same issue within two months. Webrestaurant customer service has been great in helping me through this process. However, it's been so stressful relying on this item as majority of our product needs a proofer to have the best results.

Could be a nicer product if the runners were wide enough to hold the pans. Some of the runners are but not all. Pan falls through on some then they get jammed. Causes a big mess when things on the pan spills into the cabinet. The design of this cabinet is not very well made. The runners have sharp corners so when placing pans into the cabinet, they will cut your hands up. This price for a heating cabinet is money not well spent for an inferior product.

This proofer is a good size it holds temperature well as well as humidity. It can also be very Mobile on these wheels ours is mounted in a food truck so it doesn't move anywhere. 110v makes it nice you could plug it in pretty much anywhere.

Not recommended. I bought it for the price, but after using for 6 weeks, it went out. I can't not even power it up. I paid extra for insulated one but it doesn't have good insulation to keep my meat for longer period of time. I guess you get what you paid for.

This full size insulatated heated holding proofing cabinet is a great investment in any business are food truck. I purchased this one for my food truck. It keeps my extra food hot as I use what's on the steam table on the food truck.

Love this hot hot box! Small compact and not hot to the touch great for our mobile business. If your looking to keep product warm but cant do a full size.....here ya go!

After 3 months the unit was not working

Bought product in 2023. I went through 3 warming units. NOT GOOD!

I had this warmer for less than 3 years, used minimally maybe 6 times a year, and recently it started blowing the circuit breaker every time it was turned on. We had it on a dedicated 20amp breaker. This issue was mentioned by several other people - so I'm going to assume it's a product defect. I was out of warranty so Webrestaurantstore did not offer any remedy when I contacted them. I just ordered a replacement (from a different vendor) and we will see how well that warmer works out. It is three times the price but hopefully it will last.

Absolutely hated it, one wheel is bent, the door is crooked, It tripped the electric breaker 4 times a day when I had the same unit before it was fine, I didn't contact the customer service it's just too difficult and time consuming but this is too much to deal with.

Webstaurant was very helpful in making sure that I had the proper voltage/amperage needed to use this in my home. It works wonderfully. Delivery was fast and it was received in perfect condition. I have used it several times. I am looking forward to many more years for use. Great product/Great Company

Bought this to use basically 3 or 4 times a year. I would say we have used it a total of 12 times in over 2 years. The humidity does not work. I figure it's the element like many others have posted, but is it worth a service call when it's broke after a dozen uses ever. Definitely won't be buying another on!! #shouldhavebelievedthereviews.

This proofer does the job perfectly but only when the heating element doesn't blow up. Used this machine minimally for 2 to 3 years and had to replace the heating element for the humidity twice. They do not make it easy to do so. Now im having trouble getting my extended warranty information, which I paid for, and im not sure what to do.

So very excited about this new purchase! It was exactly what we expected and keeps our church family foods warm until our events are ready! Also, Very well packaged in shipping!!!!

This product worked great when it was working. We make our own bread for our sandwiches so we rely fairly heavily on this equipment to work. Used it for about 9 months and now it constantly trips the outlet. We called out an electrician to take a look and he said that the machine is not grounded properly. I've noticed a trend for this machine with the other reviews and this seems to be a common issue.

This is an absolutely wonderful product. As a restaurant owner I am always looking for ways to save time and make my items tasty and delicious. I have found this. It is a great product and saves me a lot of time. We love this product.

Keeps food hot all day long and ready to serve

Haven't really used it yet. Just got it installed into my food truck but seems to fit really well

When it worked...it worked pretty good to hold our BBQ meats at proper temps. However, it only worked about 2 months - or more accurately about 21 days of service that we used it and right in the middle of service it just died. And here's the awful part...we have another gig in 2 days but no warming cabinet to properly hold our food. If customer service can help me out...like really quickly...that would be great

Does a fine job proofing our dinner rolls that we make from scratch. We occasionally use it for a holding cabinet for caters and does a fine job with that as well.

We bought two of these for our commercial prep kitchen and they have been a great hit! For plated meal service these have been a must-have. For my own use, these are awesome when prepping a buffet meal and keeping items at temp. Very consistent hold temp and easy to move and keep clean.

There are some problems with this unit - construction is a bit flimsy. - the bar that is in the middle of the unit. - The clear door is very thin plastic - scratches easily. - there is no mechanism to hold the door open. - the magnet to hold it closed is pretty weak and the gasket is not holding a good seal. - the outside surface is hot and lost energy ( not properly insulated) - dry heat and it will dry the meat.

We purchased this warmer with the intention to keep our meats warm. I am not saying it doesn't work as intended, however, it is drying out my meats, unlike my previous older cabinet warmers. My older warmer had more room, we lost a lot of space with this one and there is no moisture option it is just dry heat. Unfortunately, we must order another one that will meet our needs.

product arrived quickly, in excellent condition, we placed the gasket and closing the door was easy, keeps the ffod warm for a very long time.

This proofing cabinet is amazing! We proof our dough using the Avantco HPI-1836 Full-Size Insulated Cabinet and it works great. This was a great purchase for us and well worth every penny. Have not had one problem using this. Would definitely order again soon.

Absolutely not constant in temperature. Even if it's written 115 on the pannel, it's closer to 95 inside. Reacting to change in temperature is very long. You better pay extra money and get a better model.

not much to say about this proofer other than it is a beast. we will be ordering another one soon. it keeps our food at temp throughout the day and keeps the health inspector happy.

These warmers are great. We use them to store hot food during our summer programs . They keep the food pretty hot and doesn't dry them out due to the different deserting on there. They can get pretty hot. Hreat buy

Great warmer... only downside is where the water pan is, they should have made it pop out for easy cleaning. Otherwise from that it does what it says.

Life saver this product is. The first use I noticed that it got up to temp fairly fast and was ready to go the first time I put a brisket in it, During a service of opening and closing it a fairly good amount of times it had a great recovery time. This unit also did not emit to much external heat inside our food trailer which is awesome because living in Louisiana it can get quite unbearable. I will buy another one of these units and I recommend it as a great buy..

I love this item for its size and ability hold temperature. As of now, the gasket is not holding a good seal and I believe this may have occurred since the beginning of operation, but cannot know for sure. I suggest to anyone purchasing to check the gasket for sealing issues promptly at purchase. Other than that, it’s a good product.

This product was a great purchase for our restaurant. had plenty of space to store our meal prep and the wheels made it very easy to move around the kitchen.
