Bottoms crack easily so I buy often

Great container for my sourdough to bulk ferment. I wanted something with straight sides so I could determine how much the dough rises. Does the job and does it well. I did not buy the lids, I simply use disposable shower caps to cover it.

I like this container. I prefer this clear plastic vs the opaque ones as it does not absorb stains. I was concerned at first that this type of plastic would break easy but after months of use it is still going strong. The lid is snug but I don't think it would be spill-proof with a liquid (I haven't put this to a test though!)

AMAZING. I love that this storage container is clear, I love the size. I use this for storing prepped garnishes. Everything looks great in them, they are so crystal clear that it really helps staff ensure they are properly cleaned too.

I use this container for mixing soap batter. I love that it is transparent, as it is useful to see what is happening at the bottom of the container.

I'm a home cook and these are extremely useful - easy to clean, fit into the fridge, and I love the way the tops are secure but not super tight. I use them for bread dough and making cold brew.

Not the best quality, but definitely decent for the price. These will stain, but I didn't expect 5 star quality for the low price. They serve the purpose and for the price, you can afford to replace them. They stack up very nice.

These 2 qt. polycarbonate containers (along with their tops) are a good fit for my micro-pizzeria. I can mix custom amounts of flour, water, yeast and salt to make unique doughs of about a pound and a half in each container. The same container can be used for kneading, bulk fermentation, and then the proofing of a dough ball. There are similar sized plastic bowls containers from other vendors. What is not so easy to find is bowls sized like this one that are also made from polycarbonate. I bought sixteen sets, and will likely be purchasing more as business grows.

These are great ! ! ! I did away with all my mismatch bowls I would totally recommend these great to store food or freeze leftovers in home or restaurant ! Perfect size for home use

This 4 quart Choice container is durable, and so far, stain resistant. I prefer the clear containers so you can see the contents easily. Cleans up in a flash.

This is the perfect size boba storage for bar use. It’s just enough to get you through and doesn’t take up too much space. Stores nice and neat in the fridge and stacks nicely

Purchased since I usually like to break down multiple birds or larger cuts of meat all at once. This was Ideal for processing multiple chickens down to the carcass; as well as breaking down pork loins into roasts and chops. It was also used to brine two full pork butts and fit comfortably in a standard kitchen fridge. I would purchase more of these since this is exactly what I wanted for doing large amounts of food prep in a single day. It allows you ample storage for either bulk prep and is a solid product with no question to its durability

Yess I just love these I used them for measuring my liquids such as milk for my Mac and cheese these are also good for measuring dry items.

Perfect for what I needed. Fits all the small appliances inside with room left for more. The plastic is nice and thick but weight still appropriate to size.

I use this container to wet brine chicken, turkey, lean pork cuts and beef shoulder roasts. It's a perfect size for all my needs. It's rock sturdy. too. Fits well in our refrigerator when in use, and stores well in the pantry when not in use. I also bought a companion lid of the same material, which I highly recommend.

I purchased this to ferment yogurt, and its working perfectly for me, its made of hard plastic and its durable. It feels and looks like a quality product

Perfect size for housemade dressings. They stack one on top of another with lid on which comes in handy while being stored in a refrigerator.

This is a stellar product! I wasn't sure about this size initially, but I love them! They are so functional in my bakery. With a secure lid, they can hold just about anything, and the round shape is nice!

I love these 2-quart polycarbonate food containers. This size works great for storing cookies, leftover soup, crackers, etc. They are dishwasher safe and clean up nicely . These containers are great for small storage!

These little containers are just the right size to hold any remaining amount of sauce that doesn't need to be in a large 12qt container.

For the small price of this I have dropped it a number of times and it hasn’t even scratched or broke. I would recommend to everyone

This containers have a nice finish to them and look pretty sleek. The material does look like if they fall they will break but no damages so far.

I have numerous Choice storage containers and absolutely love them. The 4 qt. round is perfect for proofing breads and holding dry ingredients. The material is durable and has held up extremely well over time. I haven't noticed any difference between Choice and Cambro, except that Choice products are a fraction of the cost.
