very brittle. arrived with 2 broken

Ordered two of these and they both arrived broken. There was no packaging in the box to help secure, but the box was marked fragile. Not the 1st item to be shipped like this. Discouraging.

Horrible Horrible Horrible! Good luck with customer service. They’ll tell you “Oh I’m sorry they don’t carry a warranty” How about stand by the stuff you sell? It’s not about the money and i can’t tell you the last time i left a review. Horrible product

worst bus tubs ever. three were broken when they arrived. Webrestaruant sent us three new ones right away, however, three more now have huge holes, cracks, or the handles are completely broken. I've been in the food industry for over 25 years and I've never even seen a bus tub break! these are junk. we've dropped glass jars from the same three feet hight and they didn't break.

VERY STURDY UNLIKE OTHERS AT THIS PRICE POINT! Not flimsy and it would need A TON of weight to start cracking at the top edge handle. WILL BUY AGAIN! Great quality for the price!

Very flimsy, one of the two I bought has already broken. I can't say I'd take this brand again.

No good. I ordered 2 sets of 6 and 4 of 12 arrived cracked and broken in shards. These seem like they've been stored improperly or are just very old stock. Do not recommend.

Use these tubs to hold our venison during the hunting season . They really work out well when preparing and processing our our own. Very durable and of good quality material. Not cheap looking at all. Glad to have purchased. Good price point compared to other brands and places .

I found this website when I was looking for some household items. I ordered six bus tubs 20" x 15" x 7", and they've turned out to be incredibly useful for a variety of tasks around the house and in my small backyard (the attached photo). The tubs are sturdy and well-made, and the price is reasonable. I’ll definitely be ordering more when I need them.

These are a little flimsy and prone to cracking. Pay more for the extra for the thicker, higher quality brands.

Bought this item to use as meat lugs. I do home processing of my deer and they are a big help when cutting up and drinking the venison. Make great containers when we grind our venison burger and sausage. Buy them by the case to get the best value.

Unfortunately, one of the bus tubs in my order arrived with a broken corner, however the box was pristine with none of the broken out pieces inside, so I suspect the damage actually happened prior to shipping. Can't blame FedEx for that! The bus tubs also aren't "white" as I expected them to be. They're more of a "cream/off white" as they are more translucent than my higher quality cambro tubs. You can see the color next to the white printer paper in my photo. Obviously still usable and not a big issue. We'll see if they hold up!

This tub material just OK, not very good item if u looking for better tub. But it Worse the price.

I’ve ordered these a few times. They are great for the price. We use them for dishes and clearing tables.

2 of these were cracked when they arrived here and I am still waiting to see if we will be issued a credit.

We abused these pretty much with bussing tables that the side crack so often. But for the price, it beats big box stores!

These tubs work great! They are very sturdy and easy to clean. Whenever stacked together they do not "suction" together, they easily come apart due to the little tabs on the side under the lip. I use tubs like this for several things so I use a lot, I plan on buying a lot more of them!
