I got these a while ago, and am writing the review much later, so take this with a grain of salt. When you buy these, you feel like you're getting a cool rustic product, but when they arrive they look pretty cheap and tacky. Not quite wooden, not quite like a paper plate. just somewhere in between. it's a natural product, so they split/crack as they dry out. It felt weird eating cake/desert off of them. Nice if you like something unique, but just not my style.

I've said it before and I will say it again- these are fabulous! I do not own a business, just purchased for personal use and they are such a hit. The heart shape just adds a little touch of its own and the material is really sturdy and nice. They do not feel cheap, they feel really heavy duty and luxurious, in a sense. Great alternative to plastic or paper plates and just so so cute at a party!

Love these plates for weddings! So simple design but looks really endearing with small desserts or plated appetizers as shown in photo. So many comments on these plates at last event!

We ordered these for our future daughter in laws bridal shower. We needed the plates to be sturdy and have a wood grain look. They were awesome! Everyone loved them and we are ordering more for the wedding reception!

We purchased this plate for our wedding. It was the perfect size for finger food. Some of the plates had some dark spot on and looked strange, but it had to do with the natural variation of the leaves. Overall, we were very happy about the purchase.

These little dishes are a SCORE! We used them for cupcakes at our wedding, they are so pretty and rustic looking! They are eco friendly so we don't feel bad throwing them either ;) We had some left over so when I bring a dip or snack to work I just grab a handful and let people use. Also great for tea parties, non breakable for the little ones and easy clean up for the adults.

these are super cute but are of varying quality - some are more scuffed up than others. also there is that palm leaf smell...i'm surprised no one has complained about the smell but maybe i'm just sensitive to it and i just opened from the packaging. we will be using for our dessert table. since it's more like a bowl i'm afraid a slice of cake won't fit--will probably need to order the larger one

Nice, trendy, elegant and overall eco-friendly!! Stop the use of foam and plastic, surprise your guests and you can also re-use them at home! Just don´t let them wet at the sun.

These are so cute! We are using them to hold small candies at a wedding. They look more like a small bowl than a plate to me. I was so excited about these that I'm ordering a larger size to use at the dessert table! They all look a little different which adds to their rustic cuteness! The price is great AND they are biodegradable and compostable.

Great size for desserts or snacks, and very sturdy. These little plates can even withstand oily & wet foods. They're not completely flat, have a bit of curve around the edge.

These plates are adorable! We ordered them for our wedding cookie table. They are more curved than we expected-- that is, slightly more bowl shaped than flat like a plate-- but this will work just as well. And we don't feel as guilty about using disposable dinnerware. Definitely will order again.

The material these are made out of is fantastic! I bought these with the 10" square palm leaf plate and the 6.5" heart palm leaf plate. I am so glad I bought the other sizes because these seem tiny. The edges of the plate are nearly an 1" deep so the flat area for food is 2"x2" max (smaller at the base of the heart). They are cool looking though--I plan on finding a use for them.

These plates were so amazing. They went well with the barn wedding I catered..... The size of them allowed for just enough product satisfy the customer without overwhelming or taking away from the presentation of the plate. I couldn't resist getting these small heart plates (although, they are really almost like shallow bowls). I used them to give treats to my son's entire class for Valentine's Day. Not sure the 7-year-olds cared much, but the teachers loved them!!!

These plates are extremely durable, though the rim can be broken. Since these plates are made of palm leaves, they come in varying shades of tan/brown and some have minor imperfections. Overall all the plates were all usable and great for small portions!

Sturdy but lightweight, these bowls are a great way to have an easy cleanup while still being green. Each bowl has a unique look due to the use of different leaves. Only complaint is that some of the bowls at the ends of the package had chipped around the edges.

These plates are perfect! Can't wait to use these for my September 20th Wedding! We'll use for cake, appetizers and salad! I tried them out when friends came over, for chips and salsa. Salsa was in bowls about 4 hours and held up perfectly! A little soft on the bottom by then but not flimsy at all/didn't leak/still looked great! Perfect plates! I'm about to order another case!

We plan to use these heart plates to serve cake to guests for our October 10th wedding. The unique patterns are beautiful! Can easily fit with many different themes or events!

I ordered this for my daughter's 1st birthday party. At first in just wanted something compostable and found this item. OMG, when I received the plates they are so nice! Its almost too nice to use just once and throw it away! Our theme is woodland fairytale and these plates just complement the theme! Pics to follow!
