this item is good material but i dont likr the size it think its too small for regular size almost anyone of our staff fit but the ladies

For the price you just can't beat this cap. It is lightweight and fits well. I do like that it doesn't cause me to sweat like some other, more expensive caps do. It doesn't have a whole for a ponytail if that is important to you.

I love this hat. It keeps my hair back and is very comfortable. I also love that the top is mesh. So it isn't as hot as other hats

I love the mesh in the pill chef hat, it will take some getting use to. I just wish they had XL because I have big head and big hair

I make my employees wear these hats at work, it does a nice job from preventing any foreign objects such as hair from getting into our product. They are at a nice price as well to where i can provide them and not damage my wallet.

Nice professional look that goes great in any kitchen. Prevents hair from getting into food. Also has an elastic band on it to allow to fit multiple size heads.

I like these hats. They are really good price they seem to be made out of good material. After washing they did not shrink. I do wish they offer two extra large. It would be a little bit more comfortable for my extra large head.

I like the quality of the hat. Especially the mesh on the top for breathability. However it does run smaller than expected so I would order a larger size as there is an elastic strap on the back.
