The staples where the vinal meets the fabric damage the chair underneath also they catch water and become soggy.

Ordered 24, 23 showed up due to shipper error. They quickly sent me the 24th. Out of the 24 seat sets hardware was missing on 3 of them. I never contacted them to remedy this as I was able to find similar hardware and fashion some makeshift brackets. Quality is what you would expect. Service was good. Quality control on hardware lackluster.
