Bought 26 I think. Love them! Sturdy and easy to install the cushions. The wrap all over the car is a nightmare. It's a catch 22 thing. Protect your chairs but you have 5 mins of unwrapping it lol. Great product though!

We ordered dark brown but the color is like black. So far off from the website pictures and descriptions. We're very disappointed. 6 chairs were poorly scratched deep through the metal and 3 chairs defected, unable to screw in.

Seem sturdy. We just got them. A lot has minor paint scuffs and several had damaged vinyl seat. Of the 360 chairs ordered, probably a 1/3 or more had some type of imperfection. We needed them and decided we would call them patinaed and move on as one school year will probably really make them all patinaed/distressed. We opted to put damaged seats on dinged frames which got us down to 50. The company quickly replaced the 50 seats which was our requested solution. Very happy the company stands behind the product. It's taken a lot of hand holding and questions on my part. There is no way to call and speak with a live person so I had to rely totally on email which was frustrating but did leave me a trail of what was said.

The chairs look nice and were easy to assemble, but the screws holding the wooden seat in place loosened just two months later, even though we hand-tightened them initially to avoid stripping. We have 35 of these and are having to tighten the screws every month so they don't fall out. It's a church so we don't have heavy use - just a few evenings per week.

These chairs are comfortable, durable, easy to assemble and are made of high quality materials. We ordered 48 chairs, and only one arrived with a scratch on the metal, and the team at WebstaurantStore did an amazing job to send a replacements. And the only reason it was scratched was because during shipping, the box it came in tore, thus exposing the metal and it scratched during shipment. Note: the chairs only stack when they are disassembled (the cushion has to be detached for them to stack). Otherwise, these chairs are not stackable, which would have been another great benefit for storage purposes.

We originally purchased the bar stools in this design, and then added the dining room chairs at a later date. We opted for putting them together ourselves to save a few dollars and it was worth it. For the price of these Lancaster black cross back chair, it is great! They come well protected with foam and padding everywhere! The only downside of the chair is that the back is a little thin. It's almost sharp and can dig into your back. I may make it sound like it's more of a problem than it is, but that's my only complaint. Other than that it's comfortable and solid.
