Would not recommend for full restaurant seating, but these work for sitting down for up to 30 to 45 minutes. very comfy until your legs begin to fall asleep after that point. One of these chairs arrived damaged. I have tried contacting customer service through their AI chat bot which did not bring up this order correctly making it impossible to submit a request for replacement. I also sent a request to their customer service department, through the website a few weeks ago, with pictures and the order number, along with the item number and have not had anyone respond to my messages. I am very disappointed that there is NO customer service number to call or email address listed anywhere on the website, to get this resolved. In terms of customer service I vote this an F - I will NEVER purchase anything else from this company again.
