We bought 42 of these barstools when we opened our Bar & Grill in Nov 2025. The backs on them are starting to fail. We replaced one already thinking it was just an isolated incident but now we have 3 more. Who knows they may all look like that in a few more weeks!!! Very dissapointed

These products are very cheaply made. With light to average use, we have already had multiple seats snap, one with days of ordering. The screws that attach the seat to the base come loose and need to be tightened daily. After just after months, all are nearly unusable.

Purchased 18 of these and all 18 within 6 months had issues. Our bar and grill isn’t overly rowdy or produced any unnecessary wear and tear, but the backs of every one of these ended up breaking. Poor quality workmanship and materials. Webstaurant did great with getting us squared away with new barstools to replace these, but it took considerable time (they’re currently ordered after another style we ordered was out of stock.

Absolutely horrible. Back snaps off within a few months. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!

the wood in the backrest snapped after 6 months of light use on 2 out of the 4 that I ordered.
