Purchased 2 of these pub tables for a social area in a church. I had to chat them and ask a lot of questions which took forever, that should be on the information and couldn't get anyone on the phone to actually talk to except one girl who knew nothing and was completely unhelpful. The guy I chatted with saved this sale, I was going to shop elsewhere due to the hassle of not getting help. (give that excellent chat guy a raise.) However, I did buy the Lancaster table tops in the Maple. I was given a much shorter delivery time but got everything in layered delivery in about 12 days.. Excellently packaged and all item were undamaged and very very beautiful.... I am so glad I found their website and everyone at my church loves them also. Kuddos to all your excellent employees who packaged and shipped.
