Perfect icing tip for the beginner! Quality is great, it is easy to clean, and creates a lovely effect! When you start from the outside, you can kind of make it look like a double petaled rose ??

Good piping tip for large swirls.

We have always been happy with these piping tips. Just avoid getting them stuck in your garbage disposal! They are an excellent quality that holds up use after use. We have never noticed any rusting and they fit perfectly in piping bags. A great product!

If you only get one tip, I'd recommend this one. Has a fancy shape and it's (roughly) average size. You can do more with it than the others.

The only star tip I use for decorating cupcakes or making rosettes on top of cakes.

We find ourselves piping more these days so having multiple tips of each size around is very helpful! This is such a versatile tip and always in use.

Purchased along with the Ateco 400 2-piece standard plastic coupler. Fits perfectly with that coupler and worked well with the plastic pastry bags we used.

I've been searching for this size & I am pleased!! I've wanted this size tip for super-sized decor on my cakes & cheesecakes! And I must say, it pipes like a dream! The material us sturdy and as for the pointy end... CAREFUL, it's sharp!!!

This star tip is slightly bigger than the 16 & 18 tip. It is very helpful when making borders, drop flowers, & especially when creating a shell border on cupcakes or cake designs. I use this tip a lot & it is easy to use.

love these Ateco Tips, they are very sturdy and very well constructed. I have purchased multiple tips in this size to use in my bakery as I use a lot of different icing colors at a time. Recommend this item for sure.

We use the Ateco 823 Open Star Piping Tip for several purposes. Our favorite way to use this piping tip is for piping meringue cookies. The cookies are about 1” with this piping tip.

Quality wise these tips are great. However I didn't personally care for the top shape itself. Hard to tell online the size. It wasn't what I was hoping for.
