This is a dark honey and very sweet. A little too sweet in my opinion, but I am use to using spring raw honey and while this brand is organic, it is likely from fall flowers given its darkness. Probably not something I'd buy again because it's just too sweet for my taste.

Organic wildflower honey is so delicious in your tea or coffee, and even on you foods... like on top of biscuits or even on top of your vanilla ice cream cone as a delicious treat. We even serve this at our restaurant the customers love this honey!

If you are used to eating raw honey or pure honey, you will not like this. It says it’s organic but it doesn’t taste right. There was a weird taste. I was disappointed.

60 lb. Organic Wildflower Honey We ordered 180 lbs. of the product at a time and we received the honey in a couple of days with in an intact package. The containers were sealed tightly and there were no leaks from the container. The packages were filled with bubble wrap packaging materials in order to protect its integrity. We are fully satisfied with the quality of the product such as odor, taste, color and flow property. In a nutshell, honey is really good even after reusing the honey from the same container. Five stars!

This is a high end mix of wildflower honey and organic farmed honey. The difference is simple no pesticides or herbicides. I would call this a tasting honey.

Like the large size offering. Even though it is heavy, the grip handle makes it much easier to pour and the cap is great at limiting the mess of honey dripping down the side of the bottle. Loving the organic certification, though I am not sure how they can control where the bees fly, ensuring what they are consuming is in fact non-GMO. It has a darker color and more bold flavor characteristic of a buckwheat honey, it would be nice to know the main flora and fauna in the bees area. The consistency is great, adds to the ease of pouring and use in recipes.

This is a great buy for a certified organic honey. I use this a lot in my desserts and loaves of bread. It tastes great and has a very smooth texture. I would recommend this.
