I ordered this insulated bag some months ago, for personal use. I LOVE IT. Well made, sturdy, works for both hot or cold food. I keep it in my trunk because I order take out a lot - some from home and some on the fly when out/about. SO handy!!! It's big enough to get food for 6-7 people but not so big to be a space hog in my Honda trunk. Have not yet used for long distances after food pick up but imagine it would be quite satisfactory. I bought 2 of these bags. The size is exactly what we needed. I like the heavy duty cloth and zippers. Unfortunately, one of them is coming unstitched on the lid. I have to take off one star for that. I don’t have time to stop and sew up bags after only 6 mos of moderate use.
