Off-lable Use: These pans are so strong and beautiful! I bought four of them to use at home to protect my floor in cases when my large plants (12" pots) get over-watered. The plastic trays sold for this purpose are not deep enough and aren't very sturdy. I added heavy felt discs to the bottoms so the plants can be easily moved on cleaning days. They look great!

I love the added height compared to 2" pans, as I get more bang for my bake and things move along faster in the kitchen. I have 8 of these 6" pans in my small bakery and use them constantly with no loss of quality. The lipped edge helps make them easy to hold, and they clean up easily. The aluminum lends itself to an even bake, so you don't end up having to cut off your burnt outer edge like with other, higher-heat pans. Plus the price is incredibly affordable and can't be beat. Highly recommended for every kitchen, big or small!
I really like these pans - the aluminum is heavy duty but the weight isn't too heavy. The rolled edge is nice and not sharp at all. These are very affordable, but there are few items that I have issue with, which is why I give a four star rating instead of five. The arrive dirty - they have some sort of grime on them from the factory that I have seen before on other aluminum products. The pans have an imprinted logo on the back and on one of mine there was a circular etching on the same spot but on the inside. I explained the problem and returned it, but I was sent another one with the same issue. The etching ruins the nice finish on the inside of the pan. The stickers that the factory puts on the pans are very difficult to get off, so I am kind of annoyed by that too. The factory needs to up its fit and finish standard, but I still recommend the product.
