I would have liked to give the product 5 stars but after calling up the company for technical support and being referred to the technical assistance department I was subjected to the most obnoxious, condescending and ill informed Tech person I have encountered in over 35 years in business. If he was an employee of our company he would have been terminated before he reached the end of his first day. I'm sure there must be someone employed by VacMaster that is knowledgeable and able to communicate with customers regarding technical questions without being rude. Actually if he had been rude but informative I probably wouldn't be writing this review. Please hire a well mannered, well informed individual to answer you customers technical questions. This type of employee does a disservice to your product and your company.

Great piece of machinery. I bought to replace ARY VP215, and after two month still happy with it. Works faster, than smaller model. It takes just 25 seconds for sealing cycle. Gas flush system is also a cool feature. I pack my charcuterie plates in inert gas system and it stays fresh (no oxidation) looking for more than a month. Worth every dollar

This chamber vacuum sealer works awesome. I have used it for three weeks now and have not had any issues. I can seal 4 9"x12" bags per time. This cuts our sealing time down to about 1/3 of the time it took previously. The bags are a lot more economical than the food saver type bags and they seal great. I have not had a chance to use the gas flush system, but I will shortly. All in all a great product at a can't be beat price.

Great machine, easy to use works very nice and quiet. Lots of room does need a few more clips inside that can be moved around, but still a very nice Vacuum machine...

Great for sealing two gallon bags. Being a commissary, this VacMaster allows us to be quick when producing and storing certain product. Easy to use, and maintain.

Very nice vacuum and sealing, gas flushing function is a little difficult to control. I am unable to get a true "pillow pack" with the gas, just a small gas addition to reduce product crushing. For normal vacuum sealing it is great, cycles fast, really strong seal, holds up to actual production runs without overheating like many of the small tabletop units do.

This is the 2nd Vacmaster that Ive owned and was not disappointed at all. Works flawlessly every time. Would by another if I needed it in a heartbeat.

We replaced a vac packer that was twice as expensive with this one. We love love love this one. We use the 2 seal bars. Easy to operate and clean.

This unit has been truly fantastic, we have used it for over 3 months without fail. Products are sealed fast and increase our shelf life, and dollars to the bottom line!

We use this vacuum machine for our farm market for packaging cheeses and meats. We love the machine but wish there was a better system to place the bags over the sealer so they don't fall off.

EXCELLENT PERFORMANCE VERY GOOD FAST AND POWERFUL I USE IT FOR A CHARCUTERIA IN VENEZUELA VERY ECONOMICAL BAGS AND OF VERY GOOD QUALITY RECOMMENDED FOR HIGH PRODUCTIONS

Works great. We vacuum seal 100 - 150 Dozens of Tamales weekly and without problems. I recommend this product to anyone looking to add a vacuum sealer to their business.
