I really want to serve Captain’s Wafers with our warm crab dip. They are an excellent vehicle for dips and cheeses without taking away from the star. Super fresh tasting. However, I swear that 4 of every 5 packs contain broken crackers! Makes them useless to me. I’m not sure really who to blame, but packaging could use some bubble wrap or foam peanuts inside. Even digging to the middle of the 500 count box the crackers are mostly broken.

The items were stale. Half of the items were stale.

The majority of the crackers were broke in the box can not be used.

Our first order was great. Our second order has about half of the wafers broken.

Arrived well packaged and fresh tasting. No complaints. The taste is as expected, excellent.
