I liked the emperor's pu-erh tea from Numi so I decided to try the chocolate variety. The chocolate flavor is there though it's not the kind of chocolate you might expect. It's also a good tea for after dinner to have with or without dessert.
THe Numi Organic Chocolate Pu-Erh Tea bags are really interesting. I had never tried anything like it. The cocoa powder that is combined with the black tea is subtle, but delicious.
This is my new favorite tea at the moment. The subtle chocolate notes that come through are very pleasant and adds a little something extra that I enjoy.
Not what was expected but still a very good tea. Only four stars because not sure how or if we will be able to sell it based on customer interest but certain we would sell a lot of people would try it. It's not chocolaty per say, but almost reminiscent of a less spiced Thai tea and aged earl gray.
