Not quite as sturdy as a table with shelf underneath, but I love having the open space to store ingredient bins. My only complaint is that the cross bar is so low that if you want to put large casters on and keep the table the same height, you cannot, because where you would need to cut the legs off is where the bar comes through the post. WEBstaurant store was misleading by selling the casters as an add on.
