We use chickpeas in our ice cream creating a nut free flavor where we roast the chickpeas in the oven and prepare them into our ice cream. We also use the liquid from the can for our baking needs. It makes a great aqua faba. I like this brand, because the aqua faba is thick and it whips up beautiful for meringues.

Awesome! I've always cooked up dried chick peas in the past and these canned organic ones taste great and make for a quick, easy meal! Can't beat that price for sure!

They are too hard and difficult to mash, but these are just perfect for hummus, our salads & wraps and more. We order them by the case pretty often and highly recommend them.
