So disappointed that their description is false on the organic light brown sugar. I bought two 50# bags, per usual, and these bags do NOT have molasses like we all know that brown sugar has, and like your product description states. :?-?( At least have the decency to change the description to be true so everyone knows it has cane syrup versus molasses. Ugh! Does not taste the same at all. Talk about false advertising!

Have ordered this organic light brown sugar many times for my small baking business and have been very happy with it. However, with the order I received this past month, I was disappointed to see that the ingredients on the bag listed organic cane syrup in lieu of molasses. As a result, the brown sugar is most definitely missing the molasses flavor one would expect. The brown sugar also has a slightly different consistency. Not impressed with what I suspect is a cost-saving substitution.

We love this light brown sugar! It blends perfectly with the Golden Barrel Dark Brown Sugar and the flavor is perfect! We will continue to purchase.

Arrived completely sealed, soft and. moist, and ready for use. It has a slight carmelized flavor. We use it for all our baking needs. Using Webstaurant brown sugar enhances all the flavor in all the dishes in which we use it.

Perfect for baking sweets, 100% better than refined white sugar. Makes any pastry sweet and tasty. Would definately reommend for anyone who likes to bake and looking for a sweetner.

This is great brown sugar! Never had a problem ordering or delivering this item. My only complaint is that it doesn’t come with more! It’d be perfect if we could get two 50lbs bags for discount!

We ordered this organic brown sugar as we are trying to cook and eat healthier. This sugar is amazing. It is organic so it does not contain harmful chemicals or additives. It tastes just as good if not better than normal store purchased brown sugars. It gives us peace of mind to know that it is a healthier alternative to the processed sugars that are readily available in our area. Thank you.

Got it the other day...used it for a few recipes and seemed to be a good balance of soft/wet and dried out. Sometimes the consistancy of brown sugar changes things, and not for the better?!

The Golden Barrel organic light brown sugar is great and is the best sugar for making cookies. The organic quality is great and a great find.

This brown sugar is delicious and for being organic it's a great price. Be aware that it is coarser and darker than most brown sugars, especially those labeled light brown sugar. But it's perfect for our recipes!

A great 50 pound bag of organic light brown sugar. It is very hard to find organic sugar and the fifty pound bag is great for our bakery.
