As a baker I became after retiring I had the change to price items I needed for my 12 ft long baking station we had built in our kitchen. When I went onto WEBSTRAUNT I was totally surprised at the prices I needed to out in glass containers with the lids. The worst is to run out of things you use when you decided to bake anything. The way I purchase items here on WEBSTRAUNT I so far have never ran out. The price is diffidently a fantastic purchase. Stores in a container and lid I also purchased from WEBSTRAUNT.

I purchased this light brown sugar and it is incredible! i blend this sugar with the dark to make a perfect caramel! I will be buying this again.

This brown sugar comes nice and light and soft and ready to be used. It's great for baking and I even use it for brown sugar buttercream

Light brown sugar is just as good as the dark brown sugar and we use it for baking and drink crafting as well! Definitely recommend. Nice to be able to buy it in 12 bag bulk case.

Good, cheap, and great to add to an order instead of having to buy it at the store. Adds a nice flavor to baked goods, although I tend to use dark brown sugar more, and no reason to pay more for a brand name.

This is yet another top quality product. It’s exactly the same as the yellow box, but this package holds twice as much and it still a bit cheaper! As a bonus, this packaging is far superior to the big brand. The plastic is much thicker, so you don’t end up with moisture seeping through ruining your sugar.

Always a great sugar. A little more granular than most, but it doesn't seem to affect the outcome of my baked goods. Great product and value!

I tried this sugar two years ago for baking cookies and i loved it. It's soft and the color is definitely light, plus it has delicate taste of caramel, which is great for all bakery products. And i like the 2lb size, it's just right amount for a portion.

I've actually used this brown sugar for about 2 years now and it's always great. It's always soft, never clumpy. I've used it for different baking and pastry applications and it's never disappointed. The small size is great for keeping it fresh also.

The smaller bags of sugar help keep the product fresher longer, especially if not using daily. The small 2lb bags are just the right portion when baking.

I like to use this light brown sugar for sand on my beachy cakes. It works perfectly. I of course use it in my baking as well and it tastes great.

This light brown sugar came fresh in the bag, meaning it wasn't all clumpy. I have used it before, and for the price, you really can't beat it. I mean, there isn't much premium levels of sugar out there, so this works of me.

Okay this is sugar but it has the benefits or more nutrition from the full brown sugar without being overly brown so that your recipes don't turn as deeply brown as when you areusing dark brown sugar

We have found this to be a preferred light brown sugar for our product. there are shiny crystals that show nice through the glass jar we sell it in.

This brown sugar isn't bad, although the sugar grains are larger than my supermarket brown sugar. It's also a darker brown sugar than the light brown sugar I usually get, but that just means slightly more molasses flavor. I doubt it would be a noticeable change though.
