I use pallets and pallets of this sugar for feeding honeybees. Fantastic quality, always breaks apart easily, mixes well, and I've never found any imperfections in it (and I've probably gone through 50,000lbs now)

I like the fineness of the sugar. There were lumps in the bottom 1/3rd of the bag, but they were easy to break up.

Pure cane sugar that is packed nicely. Works just as well as any major brand out there. Easily poured into proper containers without spilling because it's not packed to tight.

This was a good quality, super fine sugar that we used for homemade pastries at our cafe. We never had any issues, but we had to move to another sugar in order to get a larger size bag and better pricing.

This is good sugar. The flavor is clean and the grain is not too fine. It dissolves well in both hot and cold liquids. A good product for the price.

What really impressed us was the granularity of the sugar! Because the grain is fine, mixing into ingredients and dissolution into liquid was that much easier and faster. We found that the 1:1 ratio worked well for all our recipes if comparing fine-granulated with ungranulated sugar. The price was good, considering how fast we use 50 pounds, and will make this product a regular purchase.

I love this sugar. I use it to make my french macarons. Making macarons are a really nit picky process, all products must be high quality and ultra fine. This sugar works great in them.
