Pure cane sugar that is packed nicely. Works just as well as any major brand out there. Easily poured into proper containers without spilling because it's not packed to tight.

This is a good quality sugar. I like the flavor and texture. It has stayed nice and soft for my baking needs.

Consistently good product that is much cheaper than buying large bags from a superstore. We never had any issues with it drying out, although sometimes it had large chunks of hard molasses in it, but I think this happens with all brands from time to time.

The granulated sugar is easy to transfer into a 22qt container. Makes baking in bulk nice to scoop sugar out of the large container. Never had any issues with packaging coming in damaged or anything.

It is hard to find light brown sugar at this price per lb, and this one is a killer in cookies. It definitely has that distinct character of brown sugar that adds to any recipe that calls it. I would buy again for sure.
