My secret ingredient! I use Lorann's Butter Vanilla in equal parts with vanilla extract in all of my butter based baked goods. It really amplifies the flavor of both and provides a wonderful depth of flavors.

EXCELLENT ADDS TO THE BUTTERY POUND CAKES

I used this blend to bake my Homemade Peach Cobbler. This flavor added a great flavor to my Cobbler and I will be repurchasing.

Flavor is very strong and tasty,more like a French cookie. I tried it in plain vanilla cake mix and pancake batter and the flavor was awesome.

A fabulous and favorite bakery emulsion! We use it in store for all of our vegan and vegan and gluten free baked goods. It tastes excellent and incorporates well and I like that it comes in a large gallon size because we were frequently going through the quart size so now we are buying the gallon. Love it and will continue to order it!

We use this our vanilla cake batter and it tastes so yummy! the price here is a little more expensive than other vendors, but overall its reasonable.

I wish I could rank this higher because I loved the flavor this brought to my sugar cookies. I always make them with vegetable shortening, so this extract adds a nice buttery kick that pairs so well with the vanilla. And best of all, it really does emulsify well into just about anything!
