Beware of shipping processes with ANY items. Glass bottles not wrapped or shipped properly & broken upon delivery. Randomly tossed into a large box with large items. Not secured or wrapped at all in the package.

You really have to get used to using emulsion instead of extract. There’s definitely a learning curve. This was a good product with good flavor and consistency.

I tried this flavoring with cookies to amp up the flavor, the cookies came out delicious with a rich buttery flavor more than what just butter could give. I really like it and tried it for buttercream too since I heard good things online and it was also delicious and left no aftertaste in the buttercream even though it was no-bake. Fantastic service purchasing on webstaurant store as always. Have been a customer for years.

This emulsion meets expectations. It smells and tastes buttery. Consistency is about that of light corn syrup and it is colorless. Product was well sealed and the taste was very close to butter, did not taste artificial or weird in any way.
