This is a great pistachio flavoring although it does resemble almond flavor quite a bit. I would say to use this very sparingly as its very strong with intense pistachio flavor.
The flavor was more like candy and sweet. We decided not to use it for our product. If you are looking for more a sweet/candy taste this one would work best

smells and tastes just like pistachio should. Used this for ice cream and it came out wonderfully! Will be looking at other flavors from this company now
The LorAnn Oils super strength pistachio flavor is great! I use it in baked goods and also simple syrups and it has that great pistachio nuttiness to it. Definitely recommend getting a bottle to see what fun things you can come up with as well! Highly recommend their entire line of extracts/super strength flavors to play around with for your business.
