delicious in a coffee buttercream! blends well, and pairs wonderful with a pumpkin cupcake or cake. I'm sure it will be great with many creations to come!
Has a cinnamon/ peppermint smell and taste, non-alcohol based it is not an extract it is an emulsion and is strong great for use in candy making, but don't recommend for a '" just cinnamon" taste the spice is over the cinnamon strength wise.
