I have used this cinnamon super strength flavor in my marshmallow/taffy candied treats it was really really very good. You do not have to use much at all. Out of all the flavors, this one and peppermint you should use very very little for a nice robust true taste. I will take a plunge and try this in my cotton candy, an added treat to my candied dessert line, that is really growing quite fast.
