You offer a great price per unit, but poor quality, when advertised as "granulated" but it is actually "fluffy, borderline "flakey", changes all my recipes. I don't consider this product as "granulated!

This granulated onion had a nice smell, however, the granules were bigger than expected. I had to grind them further in order to get the texture I was looking for. After opening the moisture causes the granules to stick together. If you're not going to use a lot in a short time you may want to consider a smaller batch.

Great flavor and consistent grind. Use it for many of our sauces and rubs. Would recommend this product.

Granulated onion at a very affordable price, try to keep it in an airtight container to minimize oxidation and prevent clumping . I use this a lot in dressings and sauces. Good for outfitting a small kitchen and getting used to a variety of spices.

Spices at WebstaurantStore never disappoint! We use this granulated onion in many of our recipes and it always has great flavor. The large containers are easy to pour although we usually pour some into smaller containers to make it a little easier to measure smaller amounts. Highly recommend!

Smell real onions which is a good part of it. Can blend easily in dishes especially in stews and sauces a food processing without making granules.

This in my opinion isn't made 100% from onion. It has a fantastic aroma that doesn't come close to the fresh onion. Because the aroma is loved by our patrons, we continue to use it and will order more.

Great spices for the price. The granulated onion smells fresh and tastes great. We go through this stuff pretty quickly, so price and value are very important to us.

I never felt the need to buy many spices in bulk. So, when little things like spices became hard to come by. I started to ordering on here. I love their granulated onion. I am so glad I now buy from Webstaurant. . These spice are great all around, are always available. They are much better that what is carried by either Sam's Club or Costco. You can amp up onion flavor by caramelizing onion. On top of that, if you add a bit of this granulated onion, you can get great aroma. It is a pantry staple!

Great granulated onion. Great to always have in bulk. I love the containers they are stored in. They are so easy to store on any shelf.

I prefer this granulated onion than the powder version because it doesn't clump together and it's easy to pour. Very good quality and value for this price.

Onion is another one we often use. The 5 lb is plenty and allow us to refill several smaller jars. We prefer to go with granulated and Regal's granulated onion is perfect.

We use this onion for soups and in our cole slaw and my husband uses it in his onion bagels for an extra onion kick.

This granulated onion has a nice size to its grind. It isn't powdery, has a nice consistent grain size and tastes great. It has a sweet flavor that works well with balancing dishes.

Nice arouma and very sound quality. Great for when you need to add a little punch to a dish and don't want to chop onions. A must for dips and soups.
