Regal's Pennsylvania Pork gives a great flavor to all pork products. i like to pan fry pork in a pan and I feel like this spice bland gives the pork a great flavor. I have also used the pork twang on chicken which, i feel is an ever better use of the spice. I have used it on baked, pan fried, and grilled chicken. Give it a try on chicken.

This is perfect for our pork butts. We add some extra brown sugar and a little extra heat and this is a perfect quick and easy rub. Its spot on.

Not sure where the twang comes from. I get more of a garlic/paprika flavor from this but it's very good. It isn't too salty or sweet and has become one of my favorites for pork belly.

I would recommend this pork rub for ribs, pork butt, and pork loin. We slow roast overnight in a convection oven. It is fall off the bone good!

It should be called all purpose twang because it tastes great not just on pork but chicken and beef also. After the first bite you continue to taste the flavor and on steak it is a great change.
