While good in various pasta sauces, I found this really shines on garlic bread or to make a delicious flavored butter for rolls or vegetables.

Cheap at twice the price. Adds good flavor fast and cheaply.

I’ve used a variety of Italian seasoning blends for years however I find that the taste of this is unique to itself. One herb doesn’t over power another thus creating a delicious taste. I used it to make my homemade sauce and the taste and end result couldn’t have been better. My new favorite!

I have used the smaller quantity of this product and loved it! The larger size has not disappointed. It's very fragrant and aromatic and can be used for so much more than just Italian recipes.

I use this to make my pizza tomato sauce dip. A few more dash of garlic, basil, and salt over high heat, and I got a really tasty dipping sauce.

Solid Italian style blend...oregano, basil, and as a smaller restaurant we don't mind the smaller containers, it allows us to keep a larger inventory of stuff we don't use that often

This is an excellent product and a great replacement to your local distributor at a fraction of the cost. In a dry finger taste test, the sage is a bit overwhelming; however, after cooking it balances out nicely. The only downside to this product is that the correct weight yields packaging that's only about half full--what a waste. Despite this, in my books, this is a highly recommended product.

This is a great herb blend. I use it for many things, not just pasta. Has a great strong taste. I thought it was weird that it doesn't come in a smaller container because it does come half full.

Pretty standard “Italian Seasoning”. Kind of dusty, and by no means “fresh”, but adds that generic pasta herb taste to your recipes. It’s okay and it’s inexpensive.

Not impressed - the blend is a little off - it’s cheap only good thing - buy a small and try it see if you like what is in it

i use this when making spaghetti - water, oil, pasta in pot then add in 1 tbl spoon to the cooking pasta - gives the pasta such a nice flavor and I add it to the sauce too

This is much more than an Italian blend I have had before. While the ingredients are not listed on the lable of the one I recieved, they are listed in the description and are the more flavorful herbs. Name needs to be Fancy Herb Blend, it works for much more than pasta.

Awesome blend of spices! It's so fragrant and 4 oz. goes a long way. Great as an addition to flavor sauces, pasta dishes and to sprinkle on garlic bread. I've also mixed this in some olive oil, added salt and it makes a great dip for fresh Italian bread. Will definitely reorder this one!

This past herb blend has an excellent balance of herbs. It is great for adding to quick pasta sauces and breading recipes. I received great compliments when I used this recently to make a quick spaghetti sauce.
