Love the great herbal smell of anise seeds. They make a great addition to our simmer pots. Really aromatic and helps make your house smell great.

I own a small bakery and with the holidays coming up we’ve been experimenting with new flavors to share with our customers. I initially bought this after searching my local stores and the internet for this specific spice to add to my Dutch-inspired Christmas cookies - and you really can’t beat the price for the quantity here! The seeds can be ground into a powder (which I did) for baking cookies, and left whole for delicious gingerbread loaves. Be warned, a little goes a long way! This was my first time using Regal brand spices (also ordered the ground coriander, ground cinnamon, and ground white pepper for the same holiday cookie recipe) - and I am quite pleased with the results.

We like regal Anise Seeds a lot, we use it to season pepperoni, breads, marinades, it keeps very well and the packaging is super comfortable to use.

Bring on the taste! These seeds bring life to recipes from meats to teas. It may be an acquired taste for some, but it's clear as agreed with other reviews that the taste is AMAZING. Delicious wonderful flavor and amazing potent smell, you could use this for air freshener not just spice. The packaging was unsealed unfortunately but the product itself is just so fresh and delicious.
