Great product and price. I have been using seasonings and spices from Webstaurant for years.

We use a lot of white pepper in many of our baking and cooking applications. Sometimes pricing is outrageous from my regular purveyor. I purchased several bottles from Webstaurant to take advantage of the better pricing and stocking up for the winter months. We like using it in our frittata custard, dressings and sauces as it provides the pepper taste without adding the heat of black pepper.

Especially great product if you need a pepper pick me up, but not the darkening color of pepper in your product. We use this in our chicken salads and ratatouille. Soups in the fall are great too, like potato where you want to keep a creamy look.

White pepper is great for chowders. Wish there was a larger quantity i could get. Ended up buying two bottles Of it

This is perfect to get the flavor of black pepper without the visual specks of black pepper in the mashed potatoes.

White pepper added was mild and paired with the Cayenne it added a great spicy base for my curry powder. It was finely ground and had a fresh smell.

I own a small bakery and with the holidays coming up we’ve been experimenting with new flavors to share with our customers. I initially bought this after realizing I needed this particular spice for my Dutch-inspired Christmas cookies - and I’ll admit, hadn’t the foggiest idea that white pepper was a thing, let alone something one would add to a cookie. Did a quick online search and the prices were pretty steep. Found this site, all the spices I needed, and still ended up paying less than I would be going to my local store and/or ordering from our favorite online “2-day shipping guarantee” friends. You really can’t beat the price for the quantity here - and look forward to finding and creating new recipes to add white pepper too! This was my first time using Regal brand spices (also ordered the anise seeds, ground coriander, and ground cinnamon for the same cookie recipe) - and I am quite pleased with the results.

Very finely ground and lots comes in the jar. Great for use in so many different Italian dishes and even very well used as a garnish for several dishes.

This white pepper is nice. It has a slightly stronger "pepper" taste to it. It works really well in Chinese dishes. It doesn't have a strong heat to me but a more subtle peppery flavor.
