The regal chives are very good on potatoes and plain to buy the item again. This item is better that a name band and i very glad i brought regal chive.

Regal chives are a wonderful alternative to fresh. We use these in salad dressings, soups, breads, and more and they are a wonderful product. I love their bright green color. Unlike most dried chives and herbs, these actually maintain their natural color making them wonderful as a garnish, too!

These dried chives are great when you want to have easy on hand pre-chopped chives. I regularly use them in eggs, letting them soak in beaten egg to take in some moisture.
