I got to break this out for an event at a school the other day--it did what it was supposed to do, but it is not a commercial grade product by any stretch of the imagination. It is constructed of a very thin gauge steel that will not endure the abuse of everyday use. However, for small events, in home use, or events where servers are used, I am sure they will do fine. You can't beat beat this price, but you get what you pay for.

These chafers are a great price and the quality is very good. We decided to keep them fresh and completely clean but using a disposable tins for food over the existing pan and it held them very well. The entire unit washed off nicely (except where flame was underneath but that is to be expected on a higher flame and is not able to be seen) The unit folds neatly and is easy to stick back in the box it can in for storage. A+++ will be ordering more!

I ordered these chafing dishes for an office Thanksgiving dinner we catered. Great product. Easy to dress up or dress down. I especially love the folding frame! No bulk packing.

They look good, easy to clean and transport. Also they are at a great price. My only complaint is where the sternos sit it is a little hard to set-up and remove. Going to be ordering more.

Excellent economy Chafer. Stays shiny after washing. no problems. The Sternos fit fine under neath. I would recommend this Chafer for almost any event or catering function you may have.

These chafering dishes are affordable and look incredible. I started my very own catering and i am always asked where i got them from. I will be purchasing a few more for my business.

Decent quality. The screws for the lid handles do not fit right, consequently the the handles jeep falling of. The edges are sharp, can result in cuts if not handled properly.

Great simple chafer. Quick and easy to set up/breakdown, and practically stores within itself. Budget-friendly too and doesn’t cost on storage space. Will be back for more.

These chaffers are great. It's great that they can fold away to take up less space, while in storage. Do be careful though, they do have some sharp corners.

Best bang for your dollar here folks!! Easy assembly and storage for a chafing dish. Easy cleaning for my staff. We do warn you some edges are a bit sharp so file them first. Still overall your best option for buffets hands down

This is a great product. I ordered two and cannot keep them at home, family and friends always want to borrow them for birthdays, weddings, prom, and all special occasions. We use them at church all the time. Just whenever you want to present food well and keep dishes warm at the same time. Love it.

This product is great! Well priced and works really well. I had to use it for a catering job outside in really cold weather and my food still kept hot and up to a hot holding temperature. So glad i bought this and i am planning on buying more! I would recommend this to anybody it was a great buy. Portable convenient and effective!

This is absolutely perfect for any celebration; we make a buffet style dinner for my daughter wedding, and was soooo perfect!

These chafers are a safety hazard; they are incredibly sharp! When stacking, the pans get stuck together, and it takes forever to separate them. I was trying to pry the pans apart during my soft opening event, and the pans cut my hands. It was one of the most stressful situations I have been in. Equipment should be relatively easy to use; these are getting returned.

I rarely give one star reviews however this product barely deserves that. These chafing dishes are downright dangerous, the material is so thin and flimsy and the edges are razor sharp. Two of my servers actually experienced pretty severe cuts on their hands when washing these things! I was optimistic about receiving these chafing dishes because they have really decent reviews however I don't believe that I received the same product they reviewed. They do function as they are supposed to, the covers fit fine, the included hotel pan is a far better quality than the chafer itself. I would strongly discourage anyone from purchasing these.

these are very good for the price, a little concerned that a 6hr fuel can won't fit under it though, lucky I had some 2hr ones as well. not sure how they are going to work moving forward up a nice back up as well as a starter chafer.

They were great, we did notice there were a bit bend from the corners but were still very sturdy. Also in one we put a type of punch and seemed like it was a bit too heavy and the burners had to be placed differently for them not to touch with the bottom of the chafer.

I bought 6 of these buffet dishes and honestly i couldn't find anything better than these anywhere. They were exactly how I expected them to be. I used them already and they look so elegant. They are a large size and have enough room in between for water for the steam. Im highly satisfied with my dishes.

I ordered 2 of these for my husband that caters at times on the side. He loved them. We've been using throw away ones but these look so much better.

We used this for an event this past weekend to keep our cinnamon rolls warm! Outstanding! I love the way it collapses for easy storage and transport and how it came ready to use out of the box. Worth the price and very sturdy.

Do NOT buy. I purchased these for an event and, at first glance, they look fine. But when it came time to use them, the issues were obvious. The water pans are almost impossible to separate. Two of mine I could never get apart at all. I’ve dealt with tight pans before, but these are by far the worst. The food pans also stick and to make matters worse, they won’t fit in a hot box, which makes them useless for transport. Honestly, you’d be better off with disposables. This was my first purchase from this site, and I’m very disappointed. I wish I had kept the box so I could return them.

One of our racks was broken. We had an wedding engagement that was short one dish on the line. We ended up wiring the rack together with fishing line and taped it to secure the rack so it won't fall. Other caterers there also use your company for supplies and was amazed that the rack was broken. This is the second order for us that one rack of each order was broken. 200 guests
