Worked well enough for our purposes, which wasn't sausage making. We probably could have gotten away with a smaller gauge, but we were able to multi-purpose this for other projects quite easily!

This might be sausage twine, but don't be fooled folks! We use this to bundle newspapers, tie bags of biscotti, and roast chickens. Super heavy duty for a very reasonable price. It doesn't fray like cheap twine but isn't too expensive to break the bank. Won't ever use anything else!

Hmm, reviewing twine... It's clean, so that's a plus. It is on the spool in a fashion that allows it to be removed easily for use. We use it to tie up out roasts so they cook evenly.
