For ease of use, this unit is built with a polyethylene body and clear recovery tank lid for durability and so you can easily monitor your fluid levels. The extractor is easy to operate, as the solution lever and 2 position switches are located right on the handle. In addition, 2 "stair climbing" wheels and a 50' pigtail extension cord are included, granting you the flexibility to clean wide open spaces without having to unplug the extractor and relocate it to each spot you need to clean. This compact extractor can navigate spaces such as offices, retail stores, hospitals, and schools.

As for the actual cleaning and filtration, this carpet extractor can't be beat. The 1/3 hp motor generates 90 CFM and 100 PSI. This, combined with the 120" water lift, allows the chevron-style, floating brush head to quickly clean staircases and other carpeted surfaces, breaking down dirt and then extracting it back into the unit for an all-in-one cleaning machine. Plus, the 8" cleaning path maximizes cleaning efficiency.
