Perfect for a full range of shipping needs, this shipping carton is the perfect solution for keeping your temperature sensitive food fresh and well-contained during transportation.
This shipper comes with both the foam unit and a carton for your convenience. Its interlocking design makes it easily stackable when empty or full to ensure compact storage, while its half and half construction allows for easy packing. This Thermo Chill shipper has a 1 1/4" thick wall, which is recommended for 2 - 3 days in transit.
The best way to choose and pack the insulated container is to first measure the product you are packing (length x width x depth). Add 1 1/2" to the depth dimension, add 3" to the width and length dimensions. Then place the perishable products and refrigerants into the container. For best results, surround the product with cold packs. Fill all empty spaces of the container with dunnage or solid packing material in order to maximize the insulating performance and prevent products from shifting. Simply close the container, label and ship.
