I ordered two cases of plum tomatoes, and when they arrived, they were mashed with the peelings shriveled up. I contacted Webstaurant, and the representative I spoke with was very kind. She assured me that they would help, and after sending some pictures, I can say that Webstaurant provided excellent customer service.
