Featuring a high nozzle faucet and a spacious open tank that accommodates 10 gallons of water, you can rinse high volumes of pasta with ease. A tank overflow feature prevents water from spilling out over the side of the tank and collecting on the floor. This helps save your employees from slipping as they move about the kitchen area. The full port drain opening allows you to quickly drain the water at the end of a shift, and with a drain screen, you'll catch sediments, starches, and debris, which prevents clogs and ensures a long-lasting, reliable product.
