This Pioneer Quantum Ultra ductless 2-zone mini split AC / heat pump system provides all-in-one cooling, heating, dehumidification, and ventilation for your establishment. This system comes complete with 2 air handlers and an outdoor heat pump, and it features 18,000 BTU of cooling power and 20,000 BTU of heating power. Each handler is suitable for heating / cooling spaces ranging from 250 to 350 sq. ft., and the heat pump is rated for spaces ranging from 300 to 750 sq. ft. The included air handlers wall mount indoors while the heat pump mounts outdoors. This system has a 24 SEER2 efficiency rating and uses eco-friendly R-454B refrigerant.

This system can be operated using the digital wireless remote controller with an LCD screen or remotely via the smartphone app. This app allows you to adjust the temperature, set the timer, activate sleep mode, and track and monitor your system's operation. You can also select from low, medium, high, and mute modes or a turbo mode specifically designed for high-demand applications.

Each air handler operates using a quiet motor with ball bearings for non-disruptive use. The two-way louvers ensure proper air circulation. Each handler also features a digital LED display to show the set temperature and offers auto changeover, dry, and fan only modes. The handlers come with permanent washable air filters to capture dust, pollen, and other airborne particles from the indoor air.

The included heat pump has a variable-speed DC fan motor and an ultra high-efficiency inverter. It features a heavy-gauge zinc-coated galvanized steel casing finished with durable polyester urethane paint. Plus, it has intelligent defrosting to manage when and how it defrosts in cold weather.

This system is built for use in ambient temperatures as low as -13 degrees Fahrenheit when heating and as high as 131 degrees Fahrenheit when cooling. Its power loss memory recovery function allows the unit to resume operation with the previous settings after a power outage. It requires a 208-230V electrical connection for operation.
