It took me some time to get the measurements right as a home chef. One batch is 3.5 cups mix , 1/4 cup water, 2 eggs, and 1/2 cup vegetable oil. That will make a thin brownie in a 9 x 13 inch pan, baked at 350 degrees for 26 minutes. I recommend doing a double batch in the same size pan. With these measurements you are sure to get a thick and fudgy brownie.
