When in use the included 1/5 hp D500SR compressor reaches a maximum operating pressure of 35 PSI. The compressor can detect when the airbrush is not in use and will automatically shut off. This feature extends the compressor's life and reduces excess noise. Even when on, this compressor is surprisingly quiet.
