This Vollrath HFM-48 48" hot food merchandiser is great for increasing impulse sales! It is perfect for concession stands, convenience stores, cafeterias, and other self-serve applications. It has adjustable, 3 tier stainless steel shelves to attractively display merchandise, while the bright LED lighting ensures great product visibility. The front and rear sliding doors provide easy self-service and loading, and they are lockable for additional security.

This unit has thermostatic controls to adjust the temperature from 95 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. The variable heat and humidity controls combined with a specially-designed heat baffle ensure even temperature distribution and control. To keep products fresh, it also has a centrally-located water pan to humidify food. This hot food merchandiser boasts an attractive black finish. A 120V electrical connection is required for operation, and a 5' cord and plug are included.
