This unit is equipped with an industrial, high-torque motor, and it features a mixer with a 5.5 lb. flour capacity. It's operated with a digital display with touchscreen controls for ease of use, and it features durable stainless steel construction, including its hopper, as well as a removable mixer shaft and auger for easy cleaning. Made with a portable, compact countertop design, this pasta equipment is ideal for restaurants that offer Italian cuisine as well as catering services.
This pasta machine is designed to extrude crumbly dough mixture through a solid brass die to create over 200 possible pasta shapes in 7 lb. batches, with dies that also conveniently fit Arcobaleno AEX18 (sold separately) for maximum versatility. The extruder also includes an automatic cutting knife that cuts short pasta shapes extracted from select dies and a water cooling tank with an 8 qt. capacity that helps maintain a constant extrusion temperature. This extruder and mixer is designed for use with select Arcobaleno accessories, including extruder dies, pasta trays, pasta sheets, and equipment carts (all sold separately). It's the perfect way to maximize limited space in your kitchen and prepare delicious food for your guests! This 3/4 hp electric pasta extruder features a 5' power cord, and it requires a 120V connection for operation.
