This Advance SC401 17B floor scrubber effectively cleans floors in large spaces such as hospitals, schools, and restaurants. It has a 17" scrub path with a cleaning rate of up to 12,739 sq. ft. per hour. It boasts a powerful 280W vacuum motor and a 450W brush motor with a 140 RPM brush speed to effectively remove dirt and grime. Both the solution tank and recovery tank have a 7.9 gallon capacity to require less dumping and refills. This machine is easily activated by simply pressing the OneTouch scrubbing button, and it includes an Electronic Solution control to easily adjust the solution flow during use. The handle includes touch-activated sensors to acknowledge the operator's presence, ensuring the machine is safely engaged.
Designed for speed, accuracy, and easy operation, this unit is ideal for daily floor cleaning applications. The compact design and 4-wheel system makes it easy to transport between locations and to maneuver while cleaning. The energy-saving brush motor control system helps extend the run time to cover large spaces. This model boasts SilentTech technology to emit only about 60 decibels for daytime cleaning in sound-sensitive environments. It has with a convenient brush pre-wet feature to prevent dry scrubbing and floor damage, and it comes equipped with a 20" prolene brush for medium-duty scrubbing on a variety of surfaces.
This floor scrubber has a 28 5/16" wide parabolic squeegee for superior water pickup, and it is designed for easy maintenance by simply flipping the blade. An integrated debris catch traps and collects debris to prevent clogging. The solution tank has a front filling port with a filling hose and a quick connect coupling for easy refilling, and the recovery tank has a large lid for easy inspection and cleaning. Easy maintenance is achieved by providing you with full access to all critical machine components. For superior convenience, the included (2) 12V, 98 Ah maintenance-free gel batteries can be charged by the onboard charger without having to return to a charging station.
