It features manual time and temperature controls and it boasts a temperature range of 175-500 degrees Fahrenheit for versatile use. This convection oven's compact design fits nicely onto countertops, making it perfect for cafes, delis, and pizza shops.
This unit boasts a stainless steel interior and exterior, as well as a reinforced door and heavy-duty door hinge. Its high-temperature ball bearing motor ensures long-lasting use, while its heavy-duty squirrel cage fan moves air efficiently through the oven. Plus, the oven cavity is wrapped in high R-value insulation for added thermal retention and better overall performance. Designed with safety in mind, this unit features a double wall glass door with an exterior that is cool to the touch while the unit is on. It includes a 60 minute timer and continuous on feature, and it includes a buzzer that goes off at the end of a cycle. This unit requires a 208-240V electrical connection.
