Scratch and Dent Regency 18" x 24" Underbar Ice Bin - 77 lb.

Hate to write a bad review but hoping to help others out before they purchase this item. This ice bin is made incorrectly. The drain is suppose to taper downwards in order for the water to drain correctly. Instead, the drain tapers upwards so the water sits in the bin unless you squeegee it towards the drain. You shouldn't have to do this. I contacted Web Store and they sent out a replacement bin the first time. Before sending the replacement bin, they assured me that this was a one time incident and that the remaining stock were made correctly. Second bin arrives and once again I have it professionally installed and same problem. Now I a having issues with them either replacing the faulty bin with another brand or refunding me my money. Fits and works great

We got this ice bin easy to install, stainless steel it has a lot of space for the bottles on the sides, it has the drain for easy cleaning, we love this bin.

This ice bin is the perfect size to fit under the bar. Legs are adjustable for easy leveling. The bins that are included fit our ice scoop and supplies nicely.

We have 2 of these bins, and they sit side by side. They hold a ton of ice, and work well for your soda gun ice plate. Make sure to silicone the back edge to the wall to prevent leaks.

This ice well is exactly what we needed and it fit perfectly behind our pine! It is the perfect well size and design for a smaller bar setting!

We purchased this Regency underbar ice bin to use in our boba blender station. We decided to modify it a bit because we didn't like the galvanized steel legs that came with it. The height was also not correct for our application so we bought some stainless steel tubing and cut the legs down to size. Luckily the mounting for the legs was just slide in tube style with an allen set screw. We also added a set of 4 casters so that we can move the ice bin around. Works great for us now!

Great little ice bin, I wish it was a little deeper, or could be purchased in a deeper way (18" wide with the backsplash, and 24" deep would be nicer way to fit this in our space). We don't use it in a bar setting, so we had to change out and put taller legs, it wobbles a little bit, but we could put a nice shelf under it and it would fix the situation. Either way its a great well for very cheap.

This ice ben ia the best. The water from ice drains out the bottom which is great keeping just the ice for lemonade. The side trays work perfect for flavored syrup.

We bought 2 ice bins and they work perfect at our bar. We also attached the speed rack to then. I will say they are not very heavy or grounded. If the speed rack is full and the bin is not full of ice they will tip.

Regency make top quality stainless steel products for amazing prices. The fabrication of the ice bin is spot-on and it's super-easy to assemble. It does the job perfectly.

Great ice bin. Love the size. They are very steep tho so unless your ice is filled to the top you have to reach pretty far down to get the last bit of ice.

This is a well constructed Ice bin. It is insulated great so no condensation. Be sure to level it correctly to avoid standing water. It is installed in a High volume bar ion downtown Los Angeles and has held up well. The male 1" strainer to FIP drain connection has never leaked...

This ice bin has function flawlessly. It has had zero corrosion. It’s very easy to clean with soap and hot water. I love the wide side bins for storing liquor. I also really like that it has adjustable feet to level the unit .

this is great for holding ice, just put it under your bar counter top and itll hold ice for quite some time. It has a little drain in the middle. Its really cool.

Perfect for setting up a potable drink station. Thinking about adding casters to the legs for even greater flexibility. Could not find a cheaper more suited product anywhere else.

Keeps ice frozen for hours. Makes getting ice for drinks easy and quick. It fit perfectly into the nook where we wanted to place it - was like it was made for us!

This is a good little unit and the price is good. The only bad thing about it is that there is no slope to the drain (in fact it curves up a little) so fully draining it is a minor pain. Still a good value.

For the cost of this product we are very pleased with what we have! This ice bin will do our bar a good job for a long time if it keeps up the way it has!

The insulation may seem a little thin, but even on a 100 degree day inside of a food truck, the ice stays without a problem. I do recommend grabbing the lid to go along with this. the trays that come with it are nice, but useless with a lid on it.

We needed a small ice bin for our restaurant. We do not have plumbing attached to this as that was not an option but can place a 5 gallon bucket underneath. Holds just enough use for daily use.

This is awesome, allows all the customers to see just how cold the beer is when we say ice cold we mean it. Has a drain plug so drainage of water is no problem.

A little on the flimsy side, but when it's full of ice, it's good and stable. Another good product from Regency. I received the 24" model instead of this one, and had to return it. I talked to Webstaurant, and they took care of the problem. The driver took it back, and I got the right one a few days later. Webstaurant came through for me...

This is gorgeous and an absolute steal at this price. Buy as many as you need. No-brainer. Worth much more and clearly commercial grade. Also, it's easy as pie to install.
